Harvey's bodywork and customer service are superb. I've had many experiences with auto body repair over the years, but none this good.

On the customer service side, Julie •in particular• was as professional and pleasant to deal with as one could want. She stayed in contact with me at every stage of the repair process, and handled all details to the letter, and more. Sonia and Lili were also very pleasant and professional. Together with John, the General Manager, Julie went over and above to make sure the car was repaired and painted properly, and well detailed.

On the repair side, while I don't know the names of the people who actually did the work, I can state that the car was expertly repaired. The side of the car that was damaged looks as it did when new. What more could anyone want of a body shop?!

I should add that Harvey's (Julie and probably Sonia and Lili), worked with both our insurance company and Enterprise Rental Car, keeping everyone up-to-date on the details so I didn't have to.

I’ve used Harvey’s on Maple Ave twice now - once for a 2008 Jeep and once for a 2023 Telluride. Both times the repairs have been great, only hampered by the insurance companies moving slowly. I had such an amazing experience with Harvey's! The insurance company was being super difficult (progressive) and delaying the repairs. Daniel and the team at Harvey's stayed on top of them and made it so smooth for me! I didn't have to get involved at all. Plus they washed and cleaned my car at the end. She was to pretty when they delivered it to me! Thank you all for great service and making my car look better than it ever has. Dan and everyone at Harvey's took such great care of my car. I was anticipating having my rental for well over a month or 2 but they provided such great care and service and got me back in my car in 2 weeks. Not only that, but when I got in my car it was cleaner, more detailed (wiped down seats, dash, console etc.), and smelled nicer than when I bought the car 2 months ago!
